“If our priests and members of religious orders follow the example of the Holy Pope, I think Christian generosity and charity will prevail and maybe the Church could forgive Mr. Celdran so that we can move on.” ~President Aquino via Rappler.Com
Late reaction.
I don’t think there is a need for the President to make a statement regarding a case to favor a ‘guilty’ person. For one, no matter how anyone sees it, what Celdran did was pretty insulting. Two, although Celdran is entitled to his right to express, it does not merit him the right to insult, cause trouble, and in in anyway disrespect a religious order. Kaya nga di ba ok lang kung anong gawin mo basta wala kang tinatapakan? Freedom entails responsibility, always. Third, even if PNoy’s right in the prevalence of generosity and charity in Church, this does not warrant an exclusion of the priests and religious orders to justice. Fourth, such statement is an indirect way of saying that no one should take responsibility for anything so as long as people forgive and forget. and that, therefore, lawsuits and liabilities are unnecessary. Lastly, the President should TRY to practice what he preaches before he gets all choked up on GMA with his comments.
Seriously. Super late reaction.
From the Phineas & Ferb Cliptastic Countdown episode
I have been dreaming of these for quiet sometime now, so forgive me for wishing.
1. Complete a scrapbook
My almost torn tickets inside my wallet are already screaming for a decent place to stay, for a lifetime, so I think it would be best to give them a break.
2. Start yoga classes and try not to skip a session.
Three words, HEALTH IS WEALTH.

3. Have a walk-in closet.
I mean, really, who doesn’t want that? Ok, except for boys who think it’s a waste of space, and girls with no sense of fashiion. duh!

4. Have a collection of MJ’s albums, all albums.
What can I do? I’m just one of the innocent girls that fell in love with Michael. I mean, Michael’s songs.

5. Visit Japan.
I believe that it’s only in Japan that I can truly unleash my shameless fangirl tendencies. With all the domo-kun, Kat-tun, Arashi, Ikuta Toma, and cute anime costumes, I just can’t help but die! >.<

6. Get a copy of A COUNTRY IMPERILED.
This one’s interesting. I was referred to this by a trusted politician. Well, I’ve never been a fan of reading books but I’d go for this. And may be his others books if I get to like his writing.

7. Killer heels. Dozens of killer heels.
Just like the rest of the girls, a pair is heaven, but a dozen, to die for.

8. Watch boxing live.
They say there’s always time for everything, and for me, boxing is a great time to feed my sadistic nature. And, it only gets better when you get to see it live.

9. A fridge full of chocolates.
You’re a fan too? Oh, I need not explain.

10. A hummer.
It’s to die for.

I know.
